Vancouver City Council has just approved Concord Pacific's new rezoning application to construct two new towers at the North end of the Cambie bridge.
This new development located at the corner of Expo Boulevard and Smithe streets, 998 Expo Boulevard will be called Arc Vancouver and comprise two arc buildings connected by 3 sky bridges.
The two buildings will house over 620 units shared between two 28 and 30 storey high rises. Also included will be a 5 storey podiums and a pedestrian plaza underneath the Cambie Bridge.
This new development will be one of the most unique landmarks in Vancouver with it's three double level skybridges.
No date as of yet on construction or timeline.
